Roadmap:

Since the server is being a pain in the dick with handshake errors, here's what I plan to do.
Remove all unnecessary plugins. Keep the essentials (shop, enchants, etc), but delete everything not critical to the server.
Reinstall all plugins one by one, and remove them if one turns out to crash the server.
If that STILL doesn't work, delete the server. You heard me right. Delete the server. Afterwards create a new server with the same name and readd everything back.
at present i can't do anything because my school computer is incapable of accessing eagler.host without getting blocked, and my home computer is locked in a safe ffs 💀
