PROMOTION GUIDELINES

After @Yoshibest58_2 did a very good job of expanding staff guidelines, I decided to make promotion guidelines!
Requirements:
You have to be a staff member (duh)
You must not have any staff strikes on you in the past month (which nobody has)
You must be decently active.
You responded to every activity check.
Do note that promotions can happen at any time at management discretion.
Format:
