If You Dont Understand Its By ur PFP in the top right corner, where notifications r,but the little Text Bubble Thing is what u click,then u type the user u want to ask/Chat w/h them.Then type a msg for them then hit send BUT i dont think u can delete ones after ur done w/h them,so ya u cant delete but that doesn't really matter to much.
