You must have a good reputation on this forum.
You must have little to no moderation actions.
You have to be reasonably active.
You could:
Have a lot of badges.
Actively show good leadership skills.
Have a moderator recommendation on hand.

Lying or any act of plagiarism, including any sort of AI, will result in the voiding of your application.
