Question about making an eaglercraft server for 1.12.2

I wanna start a server for eagler,and I need help with like finding a free server maker thing,plzz help me(if u no how plz do help)......... IF u make one completely for me then I'll give u admin or smth on the server

so the stuff I'm askin is:
do I need a server maker to make an Eagler 1.12.2
how I make it also run 24/7 bc I wanna do smth special.........
and i'll edit if I think of more
